It is estimated that 20% of what makes us happy in life comes from personal characteristics such as our outlook on life, flexibility, openness to change, and resilience.

As human beings we possess all the resources that we need to lead happy and successful lives. During the course of our lives however, experiences and events can trigger involuntary emotional responses and unwanted behaviour which stops these resources being used to the full.

The way we feel depends on a whole variety of factors; our thinking, our beliefs and attitudes, physiology, the questions we ask ourselves, focus, assumptions, on the meanings we give to events, people’s behaviours, situations we experience, which determine our reactions and responses; and it depends on the way we treat ourselves, on the level of care we have for ourselves.

Coaching will help you to re-energise your body by concentrating on the key issues. You will learn what to focus on to make the changes you want to make to your emotional wellbeing.

Coaching forms a great foundation for improving your emotional wellbeing, because you’re constantly questioning unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours, as well as setting yourself challenging goals that help you stay motivated and fulfilled in your life.
