TOP ISSUES AND THE LATEST FROM OUR INFOCENTRES
We look at the top issues for our callers and the most popular factsheets.

We've had a busy week this week, with nearly 300 calls to our England and Scotland Support Lines.

Enquiries into ‘Financial Assistance' accounted for just over 32 per cent of the total calls, including money advice and grant information. This was followed by ‘Working Conditions' with 23.8 per cent, including calls around legal issues, workload, health and safety and performance and pay. ‘Personal Issues' was next with nearly 17 per cent of calls, followed by ‘Health and Wellbeing' with just over 12 per cent.

Our online InfoCentres continue to be busy, with over 2,670 factsheet views in England and Scotland. Here are the most popular factsheets this week:

In England:

The most popular searches in England this week were absence, grant and workload.

In Scotland:

The most popular searches in Scotland this week were bully, resignation date and difficult class.
