We've had a busy week this week, with nearly 300 calls to our England and Scotland Support Lines. Enquiries into ‘Financial Assistance' accounted for just over 32 per cent of the total calls, including money advice and grant information. This was followed by ‘Working Conditions' with 23.8 per cent, including calls around legal issues, workload, health and safety and performance and pay. ‘Personal Issues' was next with nearly 17 per cent of calls, followed by ‘Health and Wellbeing' with just over 12 per cent.
