The top issue categories for our callers this week have remained ‘Grant and Loan enquiries' and ‘Money advice', with a combined total of 34 per cent of all calls. The ‘Personal Issues' category accounted for nearly 20 per cent of calls while ‘Working conditions' accounted for 18 per cent. ‘Careers' was in fourth place, with 11 per cent of calls this week.
