Winner of our prize draw is announcedThe school will receive £250 from us to help improve and revive their staffroomby Sally Baker : 4 June 2009
Teacher Support Network would like to congratulate Katie Whileman, from St Theresa's Catholic Primary School, the winner of our free prize draw. The school will receive £250 from us to help improve and revive their staffroom and help teachers relax and recharge throughout the day. Positive teacher wellbeing is a crucial ingredient in a happy, effective school. As many of you will know, the staff room itself plays an important role in teachers' lives: ensuring they have can take a break from the classroom with colleagues, read the paper or complete some work. Look out for updates in the coming months on the changes St Theresa's school makes to their staffroom and how it's making a difference to the staff there. By promoting the fact that small improvements can make a huge difference, we hope that more schools will make changes.
