Lead By Example: A Tool For School LeadersFacilitate wellbeing in your staff
This online tool is designed specifically to help you think about your wellbeing as a school leader, as well as the ways in which you actively facilitate wellbeing in your staff. It's not a definitive test but will help you to think about possible areas of your working life that could do with some extra focus to increase levels of wellbeing that you and your colleagues experience at work. To use the tool simply click on the link below and then follow the instructions. You'll be answering multiple choice questions in two sections, 'Wellbeing for Leaders' and 'Leading Wellbeing'. At the end of each section you'll be given a score of low, medium or high along with some useful ideas and information. There will also be an opportunity for you to find out more about how the charity could help your school, how you and your colleagues can support the charity as well as how to get free promotional materials and to sign up for our free e-newsletters. 'Lead by Example' should only take around 10 minutes to complete online. This is not a clinical tool and if you have any symptoms or concerns about your physical or mental health, you should always consult with your G.P.
