How is the new term going for you? Are Christmas plans of reduced stress and better organised days working out well? Are things getting on top of you? Could you use some advice or tips on how to deal with the hecticness of school life and look after you own wellbeing?

Teacher Support Network advisor Robert Latham will on hand all of next week (11 to 15 January) to answer your questions via the TES Connect Forum. You can access the site here.

Robert has many years experience of working within mental health for the NHS, local authorities and the voluntary sector, and as a performance coach for business. His practice is to meet individual needs whether face to face, on the telephone or online.

Robert aims to reply to questions within 24 hours of them being posted. If there’s an issue affecting you that you think others may also benefit from hearing advice on, why not post it on TES’s forum?

Remember our advisors are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer your calls. You can call our Support Lines for free and in confidence on 08000 562 561 (England), 0800 564 2270 (Scotland) and 08000 855 088 (Wales).
