We’ve had a busy week, with over 270 calls to our Support Line. We are here to take your call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so if you’d like to speak to someone for support or advice call us on 08000 562 561. Enquiries into ‘Financial Assistance’ accounted for over 41 per cent of the total calls this week, including money advice and grant information. This was followed by ‘Personal Issues’ with almost 29 per cent, including calls around family, children and relationships. ‘Careers’ was next with 14.8 per cent of calls, followed by ‘Working Conditions’ with 10 per cent. Our online InfoCentre has also been busy with 3,770 factsheet views this week alone.
