We've had a busy week this week with nearly 400 calls to our England and Scotland Support Lines. ‘Grants, Loans and Money' advice accounted for 39.5% of calls this week, staying in the top spot. This was followed by ‘Personal' issues with 21% of calls, ‘Working Conditions' with 13.3% and ‘Careers' with 12%. Our online InfoCentres have continued to be busy with over 3,700 factsheet views in England and Scotland. Last week we told you about the most popular factsheets.
