Text you can use for a facebook message: I'm worried about the impact that low teacher wellbeing is having on education standards and the lives of those concerned. Teaching can be really rewarding, but you may not know that the education workforce has one of the highest sickness absence rates, and research suggests that many teachers are taking time off because of common mental health conditions brought on by excessive workload, rapid pace of change, and relationship difficulties with colleagues, pupils, and pupils' parents. Please let me know what you are doing to raise teacher wellbeing, locally and nationally. If you agree with it, please also consider signing up to Teacher Support Network's commitment to teachers, which I found here: http://bit.ly/a2waSr. Yours sincerely, How did it Go?
