We continue to have a presence at a wide variety
of events to help raise awareness of the support and services we offer.
We are also keen to tackle current issues within the education sector
and therefore take part in events to highlight these issues.

Here is our ongoing events schedule: UPCOMING: Happiness and its causes: 8th-11th October 2008 The Second European Conference on Happiness (and its causes) will once again be a meeting place for hundreds of delegates from industry, government, professional services and those seeking answers to today's number one issue – how to improve the happiness and overall quality of life. Building on the success of the 2007 event, this year’s conference will feature over 30 leading speakers from fields such as science, psychology, philosophy, economics and religion. Our Chief Executive Patrick Nash will be moderating a panel on Case Studies: Teaching Emotional resilience and well-being in Schools on Friday 10th October. ONGOING: Political Party Conferences Every year we attend the Labour and Conservative Party Conferences as we strive to influence party policy to benefit the teaching workforce. We hope by helping to effect change we can improve the effectiveness of those working in education. Union conferences Throughout the year we attend a variety of union conferences where we are able to meet delegates and launch any ideas and new initiatives.
