Our Workshops

18 May 2008—We are able to deliver a number of workshops which we hope will help you to be more effective in both your work and personal life. In our wellbeing and work-life balance workshop, attendees can learn about how to assess their health and wellbeing in both their personal and professional lives and then consider ways of improving their circumstances by talking through ideas with colleagues.
