THIRD QUARTERLY REPORT FOR 2008 SHOWS CYMRU SERVICE INCREASE
TSC services saw a rise in usage compared to this time last year

This report covers the services provided by Teacher Support Cymru (TSC) in the period between 1 July and 30 September 2008. What follows here are highlights from the report. You can download it in pdf format here.
This report includes statistics about usage of the Bilingual Welsh Support Line, Online Coaching and Welsh Language InfoCentre. Overall, total TSC incidents have increased significantly, with 448 this quarter compared to 261 last quarter and 123 this time last year.
It should be noted that we only report on the Welsh Language factsheets. The statistics don’t include the English Language factsheets viewed by our Welsh users. TSC currently accounts for two per cent of the overall Group service use. Teacher Support Network accounted for 82 per cent, Colleges and University Support Network 10 per cent and Teacher Support Scotland six per cent.
